April Showers
After hiking up to this viewpoint in the gorge I spent an hour and a half watching the storms roll by and took over 400 images trying to capture this shot. It was an amazing combination of calm wind, peak flowers and ever changing weather conditions that I am always on the lookout for. The rainbow came and went several times, rain coated my lens and the flowers stood still patiently waiting until it all came together for a brief moment.
